4STC token acts as a share in 4-Softs company. It has a total supply of 375.000.000, which represents 25% of the company's overall equity. Regarding the 4-Soft as a company; We are active since 2019 (Previously known as PaySic-BlockPay) as data management and encryption providers; we have developed a formula allowing us to transfer any data through the blockchain and have since proven it on two separate development pilot projects. In February 2021, we have signed a contract worth 1.3mio EUR to implement our system to an existing system made by SSSiT. The token will be used as a share, and we will pay dividends (10% of overall net profit) every 6 months in a stable coin released by us (run on the blockchain that we are developing).
