SANA (Storage area network anywhere) is a p2p storage area node network that provides decentralized storage and communication services for blockchain applications. SANA uses hardware-supported Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) key storage for encryption services to realize data storage and transmission that cannot be tampered with or decrypted. The network relies on the ETH-xDAI network construction. The protocol codes are partly forked from Swarm's open source codes, and the storage protocol is fully encrypted for privacy. The SANA main network uses the Proof of Capacity (PoC) consensus algorithm.
